Difference between shared and personlised url and email?

Shared url and email - are unique url and email accounts but with the domain suffix (see example: @best.sg) shared among other businesses and thus the cost is low. If you are working with a low startup budget, you could start with a shared url and email first as it is cheaper. When your business expands, you could always upgrade to have personalised url and email subsequently

Personalised url and email - are unique url and email accounts with unique domain suffix (see example: @luohanfish.com) belonging to your business only. Hence, having your own personalised url and email are more expensive.

Personalise URL : www.luohanfish.com
Personalise Email : customer@luohanfish.com
